Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Terms of Use or your use of the ZAMCO Website reside in the courts located in the State of Texas. You further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas, for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
